What ConversionOS is
ConversionOS is a paid add-on that dispatches your conversions server-side, so ad-blockers and privacy filters cannot silently drop them. It also closes the loop with fraud protection: when a visitor who was blocked goes on to convert, ConversionOS reverses the block and credits the conversion.
Browser-based conversion tracking loses events. Ad-blockers, privacy filters and browser restrictions all quietly drop pixel fires, and you never see what went missing — you just see a conversion count lower than your actual sales.
What it does
- Reliable server-side tracking
- Conversions are dispatched from our servers rather than the visitor's browser, so client-side blocking cannot drop them.
- Conversion intelligence
- Revenue, orders, average order value, lifetime value and customer segments for the traffic you are paying for — not just a conversion count.
- Recovery from over-blocking
- When a visitor your protection blocked actually converts, ConversionOS rolls them back out of your exclusion lists in real time and credits the conversion to the right campaign.
Why the two halves belong together
Aggressive fraud blocking and accurate conversion tracking pull against each other. Block harder and you will eventually catch a real customer; block softer and you waste budget. ConversionOS resolves the tension by making over-blocking self-correcting — the dashboard reports it directly, as visitors recovered from your protection blocks in the period.
This makes strict protection safer
It is the reason you can run a tighter threat threshold, or Paranoia Mode during an attack, without treating every false positive as a permanently lost customer.
Who it is for
Online stores and lead-generation sites running paid ads on Meta and Google, where a dropped conversion means a mis-optimised campaign. If your ad platforms are optimising against incomplete conversion data, they are bidding on the wrong signals.
Getting it
ConversionOS is a paid add-on attachable to any plan from your billing page. It is also available standalone as True Tracking, for teams who want the conversion tracking without the fraud protection — those accounts see the ConversionOS dashboard rather than the fraud dashboard.
Frequently asked questions
Do I need ConversionOS for fraud protection to work?
No. Fraud protection is complete on its own. ConversionOS adds conversion reliability and makes over-blocking self-correcting.
Will dual-firing the Pixel and CAPI double-count my conversions?
No. Both fire with a shared event ID, which is how Meta de-duplicates them. This is Meta's own recommended setup.
