What ConversionOS is
ConversionOS records supported conversion events and sends eligible events to configured destinations. It is available as an add-on or standalone True Tracking.

Capture and delivery
Supported store integrations, browser events and custom API requests supply conversion events. Server-side delivery reduces dependence on browser tags, but capture, consent, credentials and destination acceptance still matter.
Fraud-aware processing
With fraud protection active, configured checks can withhold events linked to blocked visitors or crawlers. This does not certify every other event as a real customer.
Recovery from false positives
Eligible high-intent events from accepted sources can reverse a false-positive block. Browser tag-passthrough events do not qualify for this recovery path, and a page view or add-to-cart does not automatically clear a block. External exclusion removal remains subject to synchronization.
False positives are possible. Inspect the reason and available evidence, adjust the relevant settings and whitelist a known legitimate visitor when appropriate.
Reporting
Inspect recorded events, revenue, attribution and delivery status. Platform totals can differ because attribution, consent, time zones and event processing differ.

Frequently asked questions
Do I need ConversionOS for automatic protection?
No. It adds conversion collection, processing and reporting to the protection product.
Does it count each customer only once?
Duplicate-event handling uses supported event and order identifiers. One customer can make multiple distinct conversions or purchases.
