Team members
Invite team members and give each either Full Access or Viewer rights, scoped per website. Viewers can see everything but change nothing, which makes them the right choice for clients and stakeholders. Extra seats are purchasable and prorated.
Inviting someone
Invite from Account → Team members using their email address. They receive a link, and the invitation page shows which address it is for — so they sign in or register with the right account rather than accidentally creating a second one.
Roles
| Role | Can do | Cannot do |
|---|---|---|
| Full Access | View everything and change settings, blocking rules and integrations for their websites | Manage billing or the account owner's plan |
| Viewer | View dashboards, analytics and reports | Change any setting, block, unblock or whitelist |
Viewer is the right default for clients
If someone needs to see results rather than run the protection — a client, an executive, a stakeholder — Viewer gives them full visibility with no risk of an accidental change.
Per-website access
Access is granted per website, not account-wide. An agency managing several clients from one account can give each client access only to their own site.
Seats
Additional seats can be purchased and are prorated against your current billing period. Team members ride on the owner's plan and do not need their own subscription.
Frequently asked questions
Can a team member see billing?
No. Billing stays with the account owner regardless of role.
What happens when I remove someone?
Their access ends immediately. The data and settings on the websites they touched are unaffected.
