Conversion intelligence

Beyond delivering conversions, ConversionOS reports on them: revenue, orders, average order value, unique customers and total lifetime value, with customer segments, attribution by source and country, funnel drop-off, cohort retention, and custom widgets you build without SQL.

Headline metrics

Revenue, orders, average order value, unique customers and total lifetime value, each with period-over-period comparison so you see direction rather than just a number.

Customer segments

Customers are grouped by behaviour, which makes the difference between growing revenue and growing a customer base visible.

SegmentWho they are
NewFirst purchase in the period
LoyalRepeat buyers with consistent activity
WhalesA small group driving a large share of revenue
At-RiskPreviously active, now slowing down
ChurnedStopped buying
One-TimeBought once and never returned

Attribution

Revenue is attributed by source and campaign and by country, including average lifetime value per acquisition source. That last one matters: the campaign with the cheapest conversions is often not the one bringing customers who stay.

Funnel and retention

  • Sales funnel with drop-off — where visitors leave between product view, cart, checkout and purchase.
  • Cohort retention — whether customers acquired in a given period keep buying.
  • Top customers and top products — by units, revenue and share of revenue.
  • Revenue and orders over time — daily, weekly or monthly.

Custom widgets

Build any metric, aggregation, dimension and chart combination you need, with no SQL. Useful when your business has a metric the standard set does not cover.

Frequently asked questions

How is lifetime value calculated?

From the conversions ConversionOS has recorded for a customer, using the stable anonymous customer ID that links their purchases over time.

Can I see this without the fraud dashboard?

Yes. True Tracking accounts are tracking-only and see the ConversionOS dashboard as their home, with the fraud-protection surfaces hidden.
