Billing and invoices
The billing portal holds your subscription, payment methods, invoices and plan changes. Tax invoices and receipts are issued as PDFs, 3-D Secure and backup cards are supported, and cancelling ends the subscription without deleting your account or data.

Payment methods
Cards are tokenised at checkout — full card numbers are never stored by AdProtektor. 3-D Secure is supported where your bank requires it, and you can keep a backup card so a single expiry does not interrupt service.
Keep your billing address accurate outside Israel
For non-Israeli cards, address line, city and postal code are required. They are the address-verification signal that lifts international card authorisation, and the detail your tax invoice needs — an incomplete address makes a decline more likely.
If a payment fails
Declines happen for ordinary reasons: insufficient funds, an expired card, a bank fraud hold. Retry with the same card once the underlying issue is resolved, or add a different one. Your data is not affected while you sort it out.
Cancelling
Cancelling ends the subscription, not the account
Cancellation does not itself delete the account. Continued access, retention and billing follow your subscription and data policies; review the effective date shown before confirming.
Frequently asked questions
Where do I get a VAT invoice?
From the Invoices tab in billing. Invoices are issued as PDFs against the billing details on your account, so make sure those are right before the invoice is generated.
Can I switch from monthly to annual?
Yes, from the plans page. Annual billing costs less than paying monthly.
